Good morning all!!! Well, I just wanted to say that I had a fantasitc time being home and hanging out with everyone again. I did feel a little intimidated with the good condition everyone is in. I think I figured out how you were all doing it though => "out partying" . Gerry , I am not sure what training plan you are on but it should include Mojo's .. dancing in that place with the "company" that was there , no names being mentioned but it is 10 times harder than cycling up the cut. Grant it I was the oldest person there .. and could not keep up .. regards the "yager bommed "!

Anyone for a race report from Mojos?
List of participants, competitors, technique employed, liquid taken on board etc?

Well Gerry you don't to need to worry about anyone being dehydrated after our 'endurance training' last night, we took on the nutritionists advice and drank plenty of fluids before we entered the event. Richelle did say we could take on ANY type of fluids to prehydrate, right?
