Folks, A few people are heading to the Blooms tomorrow morning if anyone is interested for some hilly cycling. Departing (on your bike) from Tullamore Court Hotel at 8am SHARP! 3-3.5 hr spin (did I say it would be hilly?)

Anyone interested in going up the blooms tomorrow, 21st, (at 8am SHARP!! .... as Brian would say )? I may not be able to make it but if there's enough going I'll have the option at least.

Follks, I won't be able to make this now ... Lorcan Sleator has lured me away with the offer of a pint tonite so 8am will not be possible. Ya gotta have priorities ... right?

Ronan, Stay away from Lorcan Sleator..! Where will he be when you are clinging to any hope of relief in the closing stages of the bike leg of your next race?

For a tough challenge try the glendine pass but watch out on the descent!
