Tri Ireland have announced the National Series races for 2009. Total score for the 2009 season will be the sum of the scores for your:

• Three best standard distance races in the series;
  
• Two best sprint distance races in the series;
  
• The next best scoring race (standard, sprint, or other distance) in the series.
