Hi all,anyone who had the swim video done at the Wednesday swim before Xmas is welcome to come along to the annebrook hotel(Upstairs) next Tuesday the 6th of January at 8.30 pm,Anthony Hughes will be there and will analyze the videos and give pointers on improving your technique and stroke etc etc, you will be given a DVD to take with you and the cost is €5 per DVD and MUST be paid on the night,also if you have not paid for the last block of swim sessions you can do so on the night or Wednesday at the latest,the late session can be paid to JP o Brien if Yvonne is not available and remember if you don't pay you are throwing the cost onto others so to be blunt COUGH UP....see you Tuesday.
