Saturday: Cycle from dog track 9am.
Sunday: Cycle from dog track 9am, 4 groups all levels catered for.
Wednesday: Circut training Mullingar tennis club 7pm.
Thursday: MTB 7pm meet at railway station enterence to canal.

Wednesday: 10.30-11.30am ladies hour 2 lanes,club session from 9.

Friday: ladies hour 10.30-11.30am 2 lanes, 7-8pm 2 lanes adults only.
Saturday:6.15-7.45pm 2 lanes adults only.
Sunday: 6-7.30pm 2 lanes adults only.
Please note this is not a full time table for the pool but the times for sessions most suitable for a decent swim.
