How aero is aero?

Interesting test in the link below

Ordinary mortals like myself might not be able to keep up the 40kph to get the results in this test but it shows I think the time and power benifits of a set of aero bars at least before heading into the run.
And maybe a nice TT bike a Cervélo P2 would be nice,it did Chrissie Wellington no harm in Hawaii anyway!

the data says it all. Now the only question is whether using a ful disk wheel on the back for Hell of the west is pure madness or NOT .... apart from safety concerns.
