Hi Dave,
Don't plan to go this year but would like to get a group out sometime as I did it a few years ago and found it very benificial. I presume evey April is with the Piranha crew?
Alan Maye and I think Ed O'Connor have gone to Club la Santa in Lanzarote where there is a race everyday (duathlons/10ks/triathlons etc.) - I'm sure you know of them. This may be a very cost effective way. The Nothern Triathletes normally do their warm weather training out there every year too.
Anyone else interested? especially as Mullingar turns into Fargo at this time of year!

i was looking at that one in Lanzarote a few weeks ago, it looks good. nice size pool 50m i think. wouldn't mind that either. yes every april is with piranha, didn't go this year though, went swimtrekking instead.
i think fargo has hit in the last few days. a few nice cold months and runny noses ahead of us.
