Good luck to all Midland Triers taking part in the Marathon on Monday.
I know there's a good few from the club doing it but not sure who exactly.
I'll hopefully be up there to cheer you all on...

Well done to all Marathon Runners. Hope you enjoy your breaks.
Also well done to Marie Triona Keane who finished 1st in the Leinster Novice Cross Country in Rathdrum, Wicklow at the weekend. A remarkable achievment! other Midlanders running in the same race were Caroline Boyle and Mary Daly (C'mon Mary, surely you'll treat yourself to a rest sometime!). Also well done to Barry Lambe, who ran well in the Mens Novice race.
The course was tough, mucky and hilly - true cross country style.

You should have seen Joe Holton's face at swimming last night when Anthony started writing kicking drills up on the board!
