Hi all, message from the Katie Nugent Duathlon organisers........ Any Midland Tri members who would like to do the Katie Nugent Duathlon this Sunday can enter for 50euro on line, and if they could raise another 50euro that would be great but if not don't worry about it, they would like to give us this at this special price because we do a lot of Tri's throughout the year and as a thank you for lending them some of our club equipment. All help will be welcomed on the day with free coffee and croissants from the cuisine de france stand.
This will more than likely be the last year of the duathlon, so its a great opportunity to race around the fabulous setting of ballinlough castle.
