HI Guys
Dont wish to be taking up to muc room on the message board and i am certain we will shortly have some good race reports for those interested in hearing about our adventures but want to acknowledge the following beforehand
The Bates Family Incredible Hospitaity. Douglas Bates do you have any idea how lucky you are to have married out woman? Will go into more detail in the report.
To My family Brilliant as always one and all . Great to have my big brother there this time Paul Marie Louise and Paddy fantastic
To the Mc Cabes An inspiration to me whenever I see them
Mary and John Daly Fantastic and thanks for the lift (more in the report)
Douglas Bates
For those of you reading this what this chap did was absolutely incredible. Imagine getting up out of your chair this evening and telling your other half that you were going for a walk...a 26 mile walk...Thats excatly what he did at approx 4pm last sunday afternoon. That wlk took him 6 hours and 44 mins. Jus think about that for a second. Doug
