Hi all. Just a reminder that the Aquathon series starts next week. Longford is the first one on Wednesday June 19th. Following week Lanesboro Wednesday 26th, Athlone Tuesday July 2nd and finishing wit us July 10th.

Emer, we went down last year, it takes about 30 min, come of the n4 into Edgeworthstown go through the main junction with the traffic lights and take the next right, stay on that road until you get to Balinalee, in balinalee turn right and follow the road for a country mile and take a left(they had signs up here last year), the lake is on down that road on the left, Lovely race i would highly recommend it, good insight to this years club race, the swim and the run are the same coarse.

Well done to the 21+ club members who took part in round 1 of the Midland inter club aquathlon series, top honours to Sinead Roche 2nd overall female, and John Dillon 2nd overall male, and winners of the team event John Walsh and Sharon Bates. 2nd round next week in Lanesboro @ 7pm.
