Well done to all who showed up for the 1k time trial, This is a gps measured 1k, conditions were perfect for it, Sunshine and a calm lake, some very impressive times. I think Conor set a course record that might be there for a while.

So how does the handicap work? simple, its based on you doing the 1k in 30 minutes, so if your time tonight was 20 min your handicap is 10min, if your swim was 15:30 your handicap is 14:30..and so on.
