Hi all, tonight will see the last of the turbo classes, however we will be giving out print outs of 2 further sessions for you to do at home. From Monday next the the 15th we will be holding a TT series, this will be for a minimum of 3 weeks. The TT series will be done over a 10 mile course and is suitable for all levels. All club members are encouraged to take part.
'WHY TIME TRIAL'
The bike leg of triathlon and duathlon is essentially a time trial race sandwiched in between swimming and running. Time trial racing is one of the best ways to improve your bike split. You already have the bike and the fitness, all you need to do is show up and race a TT!
Meeting point is Bloomfield House Hotel. The session will be a warm up followed by an 16km (10 mile) time trial and a warm down.
So
Location : Bloomfield House Hotel
Time : 6 30 – 6 45pm
Duration : 1 hr (ish)
Equipment : 1 x roadworthy bike and helmet.
