Does anyone know any shops in the direction of galway that supply wet suits,need to know by tuesday,already have River Deep mountain high in galway,any help would be great.you can e mail me at dsbates@eircom.net

HI All
Am sure that most of the club are aware of the monumental weekend ahead of six of our members in the UK. The Ironmen and women namely Sonia, Nicky,Brian, Richard, John and Nicky are all UK bound to compete in the Ironman UK.(Hope I haven't left anyone out)
Good Luck Guys. Having watched you all train on and off for the past 6 months I certainly know how hard you have all worked for this and marvelled at your committment. (Especially the 7am trial runs in Liilliput with Pat Nugent doing lifeguard) I wish you every success and a trouble free day.
Brian we will all be watching your transition times given all the hard times you have given us this year!! I had peace in the swimming pool this morning with nobody to reprimand me for not doing a 100 metres in under 1.45!!!
Presume ye will all be back training again next tuesday morning!!!!!!!!!!!
