I want to wish Gerry, Dorothy and Joe the very best of luck in Nice next weekend. They are after putting in huge training over the past six months and are more than ready for it.
I will be out there cheering you on and many thanks for your support in Bala so hopefully I can repay it.
Dorothy thanks for the company with training over the last few months and good on ya for doing Nice with no girlie support. You are a trooper and if we have to carry you over that line you will be going over it so very best of luck!!

You're spot on Yvonne - best of luck to the three of ye, I hope you get everything you want out of the race and that you enjoy every minute of it! I hear Dor wants to have a big blow out when she comes back, a mid-summer's bash!! Dont think it will be too hard to get volunteers for that
Good luck, give em hell!!

Hi Gerry, Dorothy, Joe , you are definitely an inspiration to the rest of us. It was impressive watching on at the steadfast and consistent training you did. We know you are well prepared and are behind you 100%. We wish you all the best and look forward to seeing the pcitures of you crossing the line. Be sure to smile (even if it is fake) , I cannot photoshop out the grumpy look off mine from Bala no matter what I try ...... regards the Wade gang !

Well done to the 3 amigos. What a fantastic effort!! I reckon you're pretty sore today but hopefully it's only from the sheer effort of what you've achieved, i.e. hopefully no injuries. I look forward to reading/hearing an update of your Nice adventure.
