Rumour has it that Seamus Bracken has placed a self imposed curfew on himself in relation to alcohol, singing and thankfully dancing... until sunday night that is. You have been warned...

Yeah, just like GD said, I wanna wish all the Midlanders crossin the pond to take on the Bala challenge the very best of luck! Remember, you have all the training done, now all you gotta do, is go and do the race.
