Folks,
Proposed time for Friday swims is 7:30pm. That's a Brian Boyle/Gerry Duffy 7:30 as in we enter the water at 7:20 and start the session AT 7:30pm. Some folks cannot make the 7pm start on friday's. So lets try 7:30 start tomorrow and see how it goes.

If it was anything to do with hell it would be warm,but this is a free for all or should i say freeze for all....down and back at your own pace i think.

Hi Guys,
I think it would be good to start the handicap swims. It would be nice to get some idea where we are on the time splits and add a bit of spice to the proceedings. As it's getting so close to most peoples races a bit of hard effort will be good for folk. Anyone like to organise this?

Aidan I met Vera at lunchtime and have arranged to meet herself and Paul at 6pm at Lough Owel for swim. Vera has offered to babysit! God bless her. Aidan get the swim in before the dinner and never mind the garden that'll keep this weather wont.
