Grass track at Mgar Harriers is closed for a couple of weeks to allow it recover from wet spell and usage. Therefore track session scheduled to take place on tuesday, 23rd december will not now be going ahead. You are advised to make alternative arrangements re training tomorrow night. An alternative grass venue is being checked out that we might be able to use for a couple of weeks until the harriers track is reopened. So watch this thread for date and venue of next session.

Checked with committee, track is open and ready for action, this Tuesday evening 30th Dec. I won't be there, but feel free to get a session going. Results from both runs on Stephen's Day were encouraging.

where were you Enda? only 4 of us there last night in the Harriers for the town loop, ah well was a good run though. any of yas heading out thur night? sorry for late response, eircom dont want to give us broadband in Gaybrook!

 silly me. Thanks for the tip off though. I'll avoid Spin  However least u think I am not focused enough I will have all my running done by thursday evening. A few of us are running a 5k in the Phoenix Park thursday at 1pm. But JP I reckon 1pm will be too early for u. Ur head will probably still be "spining" from the night before ;D
