And we don't mean a stoning,sources in Israel (Philip wade)have reported new israelian triathlon training tactics,when going for a cycle you get of the bike and walk,get back on then get of and walk again and so on,don't really see what benefits come from this as i try-ed once on the wolf trap but never try-ed it again.Would Philip like to explain what these sessions are for?

Oh Dude, that is just fighting talk  .. Actually, I am thinking that the tactic was , "lets kick the ass of the new guy so he knows we mean business", no wonder they are at war with the nations around them. How good news travels so fast , I actually think it is my first time off my road bike. Anyway, as I always say "you need to look the part" and the good news is that I was the best dressed thanks to midland tri with my new Ireland cycling gear. You should try these shorts sometime Doug, Dor will tell you have to get them, they do not require vaseline  ... When I came home (after dark ) I did try to recollect and there was never a time !! not even to accompany Doug on the wolf trap walk, we are friends but why walk when you can cycle . Pride took a huge fall when I actually decided to get off the bike and walk (for the brick session) but was totally annihilated when an MTB'r cycled by in his 30Tx26T granny gear asking me if I was alright, I nearly decked him (Dubliners will know what i mean) Of course, I am hoping that all this wopping that I am getting here will help me keep up with our elite club of IM'ers and athletes.
