Well,who is going to bear the cold and make the most of the last few lake swims of the year,the swim friday is at 6.30 at lough owel,last week we had 9,a bit of a drop from the 39 swimmers we had earlier in the year ,so if any of the missing 30 want to re deem yourselfs before we name and shame you you know where to go,and no it's not the pub.the diving boards 6.30.... ;D ;D ;D

Tut tut..Thats rich coming from you Brian, after dragging your poor wife Caraoline the whole way to Donegal last weekend and making her cycle over 60km cross country mountain bike cycle of the adventure race and then do a half Marathon (mooathon!)the next day while all you managed to do was a 1km swim which we later discovered was more like 750 meters....Hmmmmmm!!!!! !!!

Well JP........ I had to drive back to Mullingar (the whole way!) while Caroline relaxed in the passenger seat. I do feel a bit bad though, as Caroline is out painting the house today (Nice cold north breeze blowing).

My heart bleeds for you Brian, drove the whole way back to Mullingar after a hard 750 meter swim the previous day, i thought you were an x-iron man??? your letting the side down Brian!
