Congrats to Shane Kelly(aka Elvis) who finally got an ayer to the name with the birth of his son,after 3 girls he finally got a son.I think its time to give up now Shane you'll never get a minute to train. ;D P.s congrats to Paul Marsden who had his first fall of the bike in the car park of the park hotel,welcome to the club if you need any advice on not un-clipping your shoes and falling with style see Gerry Duffy he has a black belt in falling .....

Thanks for that Doug! And I thought I had done so well in getting back to the car park in one piece ;D I don't think it was the most graceful of falls so I could probably do with a few tips

Whats this about Paul Marsden falling off the bike on Saturday morning - the rest of the group missed this excitement That's 2 Saturdays 2 Falls !! ok our target for next Saturday is "No Falls" 3 Saturdays

Cheers for the congrats! Just started looking at message board after a busy few weeks. Mum and baby 'Rudy' are both well and resting at home.
Must try and sneak out on the bike again soon, get some tips on a standing fall from Paul as I don't think I'm good enough at it yet!
