Folks this looks pretty cool,its a flat cycle and a flat run and its in april which would leave you the rest of the season,any one interested?there's a video on the web site also.

Nice one Doug, think it would be a great one for anyone in the club to do especially those doing an Iron man next year, at least you will be assured of fine fine weather for it, myself and Tanya wouldnt mind giving it a go, half Ironman not a full one that is!!!.
