Mullaghmeen family fun day this Sunday 15th Dec !

Hi all, this Sunday, 15th December, is the family fun day in Mullaghmeen There will be just one adult event this year - the relay team biking event. Teams will be chosen on the morning, so please try to be out for 10.30am, so the first race can start at 11am. The relay event will be the same circuit as last year ( roughly 4km). The kids races will follow and will be done in age categories. Of course, there will be the all important visit from the man in red ( Santa ).

All welcome, so please come along whether you intend to take part or not. Please also bring something nice to eat at 'Café McCool's'....and wear something festive to add to the Christmas cheer! Ho ho ho, and a Merry Christmas to all !!! ;D . Dor.

Hi all, Just a few days thank yous on behalf of the committee; to everyone who came out to Mullaghmeen earlier and made it such a fun and Christmasy morning, to Vera & Paul for keeping us all fed and watered at Café McCool's, to DJ Mossy for the very festive music, to Ger Langtry, John Walshe and Eoin Clarke for taking pics, to Garreth O ' Brien for playing a blinder for the second year running as Santa, and to Doug Bates for providing the Santa suit (without which there would have been no Santa ;-) )
