 Annual Christmas Day Swim at Diving Board Lough Owel. Going into the water at 12.00 noon sharp!!! You will be late at 12.05! No wetsuits allowed!!

Goal mile is on Christmas morning too..... think its at 11. A gang of the Harriers are meeting at the club house at 11am, probably running down to the goal mile (Shamrocks Football Grounds), run it and the add on a few extra miles. The extra miles could take you up to the diving board for a dip at 12pm...... Food for thought for you whacko's out there (you know who you are).
