Club Night Out after Lord of The Dring

Hi all , hope everyone is registered to do the club race this year With Longford Tri the race is Lord of the Dring sprint distance and as usual there will be a night out afterwards !! ;D ;D . We will be meeting in Caffreys at 9pm and there will be a few fun prizes for the people who take part in the race as we will pick names for teams just to make it interesting same as last year !
