Hi all , I have just been out with Franky today and want to fill you all in on some details about our camping weekend at Lilliput. There has been great uptake on this event and we have a big number of people taking part so franky needs a few extra instructors so the only thing that will change is the fee per family it will be 15.00euro per family instead of 10.00euro, i hope this is ok it usually costs 35.00 per person which is alot more so i think were getting very good value !!! Your free to set up camp that morning or that evening which ever suits you best . Activities will start at 2pm so please arrive early enough to be put into groups. Activities are as follows:Orienteering, Rockclimbing,Absailing, Archery, Brainbashers , Assault course, Bog hopping, Then SHOWERS and then into the kayakes. Please bring a snack or packed lunch for if you or the kids get hungry during activities !!! When all activities are over there is barbecue facilities and a kitchen but by all means bring your own cooking facilities its up to yourselves . That evening when it gets dark !! there will be a camp fire and a forest walk just for a bit of spookyness , also franky said he doesnt mind us having a few beers but just kept mild as there will be scouts there too but there staying indoors not affecting us but just to be sensible with kids around. The next morning if anyone has any energy left Franky has organised a Kayathlon starting at 11am its a 2km kayake, 17km cycle and a 3km run and it costs 20.00euro per person and he is putting on food for participants afterwards. Also if anyone plays instruments please bring them along for the singsong at the campfire.!!! ;D List of essentials:TENTS, 2 pairs of runners "best to be disposable",chair for campfire, 2 or 3 sets of clothes, Food , Wetsuits, Packed lunch for activities. I hope all this information is useful and if you have any other questions just give me call 0877696125. Also this is for all club members , young old or single not just for families ;D...just good fun to be had by all. Thanks Sharon

Hi all, a few people have asked about cooking and food for the evening . For the activities people will need a packed lunch as it will be a quick bite during activities . For the evening when all activities are finished your all welcome to bring your own little gas cookers or barbeque's or there is kitchen facilities at Lilliput also we have the use of the big barbecue that's out at Lilliput its up to yourselves . Later that night at about 10.30pm we have arranged with Apache pizza to deliver out pizzas to us all while were at the camp fire !! To avail of this would anyone mind paying 5euro extra when paying for the days activities !! this means a total of 20euro per family to paid on arrival to me and this will cover your camping and activities..... and pizza for all that night !!!!!!. If anyone is unsure or has any questions about the weekend call me on 0877696125.
Thanks Sharon
