sorry i ment to say this will be handicaped to give every one a fair chance to get over the line 1st. Also bring the wet suit the whole lisbon crew have said there going for a dip in the lake:-).

Definitely up for that. Missed the last one unfortunately. Had my first taste of duathlon and triathlon at the super sprints last year and well up for it again. And can't wait to dip my toes in lovely warm lough ennell too.
