Details of next saturdays workout as follows
Meting at 6am yes 6AM !!
Swim In the water at 0625 Three laps of the swim course
Bike Four laps of the old tri to beat course but at end you head straight to Belvedere.........
Run Run 5-6-7 laps of 3km route............. Non members of Belvedere or the Harriers must pay entry into Belvedere. All nutrition to be handled by individuals themselves.
(Running gear will be transported over from Lilliput to Belvedere and transport back will be provided by "Mc Cabe Transportation ")
Anybody who intends on doing some or all of the above please put a post up so that "Dougs Travel Services" may make necessary arrangements......

You can count me in though it may more a quarter ironman for me... 2 lap swim.... 2 lap cycle 2 lap run....

Hi Dor,
I think Caroline plans to do a shorter session too, but plans to do her run in Lilliput.... its easier logistically. I think she wants to get home in time to give her loved ones breakfast!!
