Have to say there's great support from Midland Tri members for their team mates. I've read about it in various triathlon, half ironman and ironman reports but only experienced it myself for the first time yesterday.

I got great support from from club members both competing in and marshalling the TriToBeatCancer triathlon, whether it be in transition, as they past me on the bike or directed me around corners.

Its great stuff.

Also, the race was very well organised. Tough course and needed a lot of planning and marshalling but a great job was done. Well done to all.

(In pain today but think that's more of a result from the celebrating in Cons than the racing in Belvedere)

Well put colm i'll second that, well done to all great race,enjoyed it all even after falling of the bike had great support from ed to get going again,and all the marshalls.No pain for me today as i avoided con's....
