Just want to add well done to Brian Ivory who picked this Middle distance and we all followed suit which made it a brilliant club event,i think brian boyle mentioned over the weekend that it could have been the biggest expedition the club has been on,a special thanks to all the supporters specially Sharon,Nicole and Jamie, and the one day supporters(Gerry,Dorothy and David)who made a special effort to come and support. My personal thanks to all M.T.C members who competed, knowing you were on my heel's drove me further, I'm sure there'll be a propper report done at some stage but for now thanks for all the support from everyone, and if your picking next years Brian Ivory try get somewhere flatter....like Portugal.

Hi there, The good news is tha Nicole has completed a video from Bala. I know from previous experience that this is a tough job and very time consuming and we do greatly appreciate her efforts. We can burn anyone a copy of this so let us know. it would be fun to watch as a group but not sure how we would manage that. anyhow, let us know if you want to see it. I will see if it will go on Utube, it is a 15 min video I think which is long for the web

Yeah we will take a video of Bala. The most recent edition of Triathlon 220 features a picture of Bala - some of the Midlanders are visible, Aidan D and Philip W.
